Pus Kach uses YouTube and Yandex Music, which are neither owned nor controlled by RHS. Their operators may change algorithms, sign-in methods, limitations or access policies. As a result, some features may temporarily or permanently stop working.
We will make reasonable efforts to release fixes, but cannot promise a particular repair timeframe or guarantee that every third-party change can be resolved.
A perpetual licence means that your one-PC licence has no expiration date; it does not mean permanent compatibility with YouTube or Yandex Music. Changes to third-party services do not automatically trigger a refund. All mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
