The invoice request form sends your name (or company details), email and computer ID to RHS to prepare an invoice and issue a licence.
Before launch
Individuals provide a name, email and computer ID. Companies also provide their name, billing address and registration number. Requests are emailed to rhs@rhs.ee. Payment is by bank transfer; no card details are collected on this website.
Feedback and suggestions
When you submit feedback, we receive the message type, PC ID, message text, and optionally your email. We use these details to review suggestions, investigate bugs and reply if needed. Submissions are stored in a private site storage area; notifications may be sent to rhs@rhs.ee. PC IDs are not yet checked against issued licences. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
To request removal of a submission, email rhs@rhs.ee with your PC ID and the submission date.
